2nd “Bar ô petits Chefs” CHAMPAGNE ET GASTRONOMIE CULINARY COMPETITION
To mark the occasion, the town of Bar-sur-Aube is organizing a culinary competition on the theme of champagne!
This free competition for over-18s will take place under the arcades of the town hall on Sunday, September 29, 2019 from 2:30pm to 4:30pm and will be chaired by Jean-Baptiste Natali.
Each candidate will have to prepare a dish for 6 people, the recipe for which will be announced at 2pm. Each candidate will have a basket with the products at his disposal.
Prizes:
1st prize: a meal for 2 at Hostellerie la Montagne in Colombey-les-deux-Eglises, plus a magnum of champagne
2nd prize: a meal for two at Le Cellier restaurant in Bar-sur-Aube, plus two bottles of champagne
3rd prize: 1 €80 gift voucher from Cave et saveurs in Bar-sur-Aube
Other candidates will also receive participation gifts.
