How does a reservation work?
Please make your reservation :
- Or directly on our website (real-time availability and secure payment),
- Or contact our sales department on 03.85.53.76.60.
We will ask you :
- A 40% deposit to be paid on booking to confirm it
- The balance of your stay to be paid 4 weeks before your arrival date.
If your reservation is made less than one month before your arrival, we will ask you to pay in full for your stay.
For all reservation requests, we will send you :
- An option, valid for 7 days.
- A booking confirmation will then be sent upon payment of the deposit.
- A voucher will be sent to you on receipt of your balance. This document should be kept as proof of your reservation. It also contains all the practical information you need to make your reservation.
- A summary of the services offered by the village will be sent to you 7 days before your arrival.
What does my reservation include?
Your reservation includes :
- the rental of your accommodation,
- utilities (water-electricity),
- bed linen is provided and beds made up before your arrival,
- towels are also provided (one towel per person, and one bath mat).
- Toiletries in the bathroom* (soap, shampoo, shower gel)
- a welcome kit in the kitchen*: with a roll of toilet paper, a sponge, a bottle of washing-up liquid, a sponge, a rubbish bag and a box of matches. A tea towel is also available in the kitchen.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), bank cheque, bank transfer (national or international), ANCV cheques or cash.
(NB: cash payment accepted only for extras on site).
Mandatory for all reservations
For all firm bookings, it is essential that you provide us with an e-mail address and a telephone number where you can be reached, including on the day of your arrival. We need to be able to contact you if necessary.
You must also confirm the number of people so that we can provide bed linen and towels accordingly.
Do you accept groups?
Our offers can be adapted to group requests. Contact us on 03.85.53.76.60 to confirm what you need, and we’ll give you a quote that’s as close as possible to your expectations.

Accommodation capacity
All our accommodations have a maximum number of people (including babies), notably for insurance reasons.
This information is indicated on our website for each accommodation as well as on your quotation.
The exact number of people must be confirmed before your arrival (bed linen and towels provided).
Can I choose the location of my accommodation?
On our website, you’ll find a map of the Village with all the facilities and accommodation, along with their numbers or names.
You can let us know your preferences before you arrive, by e-mail or telephone.
We will do our utmost to assign you the accommodation you have requested, but we cannot guarantee it.
Can I change my booking?
Yes, it is possible to change a booking, subject to availability.
For any change, a handling fee of €15 will be applied, and written notification will be requested.
Please note that no refunds will be made for services of lesser quality.
Are sheets provided?
YES, bed linen and towels are provided.
Final cleaning is included in the price (except kitchen area and garbage cans).
What should I pack?
A swimsuit and sun cream.
We recommend you bring towels for the pool.
A flashlight if you want to walk around the site at dusk.
Walking shoes or rubber boots so you can walk in the morning dew.
A camera (especially if you want to enter our photo contest).
And above all, don’t forget … your smile and your good mood! 😊
Do you offer breakfast?
YES, eat-in or take-away: €11.50 per adult and €7.50 per child (up to 12 years).

What are the arrival and departure times?

You must also confirm the number of people so that we can provide bed linen and towels accordingly.
Can we arrive before 4pm?
YES, it is possible to arrive a little earlier to take advantage of common areas such as the swimming pool or playground.
The shared sanitary facilities (WC and shower) are accessible all day long. This means you can access them before collecting the keys to your accommodation.
However, accommodation can only be collected after 4pm.
Is the accommodation heated?
YES, all our accommodations are equipped with heating.
You’ll find more details in the equipment tab of each accommodation.
Where can I park my car?
Each of our villages has a private parking lot at the entrance to the site.
The parking lot is free , so you can park your vehicle there for the duration of your stay (no need to reserve).
Exceptional authorizations are granted for people with reduced mobility.

Where can I find an inventory of the equipment in my accommodation?
You’ll find a detailed inventory of the equipment available in each accommodation file. We take great care to ensure that everything in your accommodation is complete, so please don’t hesitate to contact us if one or more items are missing on your arrival.
Do you offer a catering service?
Yes, we do offer packed lunches, but only on reservation at MINIMUM 24H in advance: Packed lunch at 55 € for two.
A catering outlet will also be available on Saturday evenings and school vacation evenings. Subject to availability, further information on 03.85.53.76.60

Are there any additional costs on site?
The price indicated on your quotation includes the cost of your stay and any services booked at the time of reservation.
Depending on your destination village, a tourist tax will be payable on site (per day, per person aged 18 and over).
A deposit of €500 may be required on arrival (cheque or bank transfer).
Is there Internet access?
If you have a subscription, you can use it without any problem, as the 4G network is good throughout the site.
Our Wifi is available free of charge around reception.
Is there a bar on site?
Yes, there’s a bar at reception.
It’s open during reception opening hours, 08:30-12:00 and 16:00-19:00.
It’s often open a little later in the evening, especially when the restaurant is open.
Is the pool open all day long?
It’s open every day from 9.30am to 7pm.
The swimming pool is open all season when it’s covered, or depending on the weather when it’s outside.
You’ll find the type of swimming pool in the “Things to see / Things to do” tab for each village.

What activities are available on site?
On site, you’ll find: a bar (accessible during reception opening hours), a children’s play area, a common room with books, board games, television…, animals…

What extras and options are available?
Breakfast (eat-in or takeaway): €11.50 per adult and €7.50 per child (up to 12 years). Opening hours: 08:30 to 10 a.m.
Meal basket (reservation required MINIMUM 24 H in advance): adult basket €55
Catering available on Saturday evenings and school vacation evenings. Subject to availability – (it is advisable to reserve your table in advance).
Sauna or Spa
Pet supplement : €8/night per pet (capped at €30 for long stays)
Room hire available from 12pm to 3pm and/or from 7pm to 10.30pm, except Saturday evenings and evenings during school vacations: €30
Baby kit rental: €5/day
These options are best booked in advance. Times and availability to be confirmed with the village 24 to 48 hours before your arrival.
Do I have to clean the accommodation before handing over the keys?
Final cleaning is included. However, we will ask you to clean the kitchen area (if your accommodation has one) and empty the garbage cans.
