The BO M company, headquartered at 78 Avenue générale De Gaulle 71160 Digoin, SARL with capital of €20,000, SIREN No. 804 033 421 R.C.S. Mâcon, is organizing a free, no-obligation contest entitled “Mes plus belles photos insolites” (“My most beautiful unusual photos”). Entries close on November 13, 2025. Votes open from 01/01/2026 to 01/03/2026.
The competition is free and no purchase is necessary. It will be announced by e-mail to customers, as well as on the Slowmoov Villages Facebook page and other social networks.
Prize 1: a trip for 5 on a cabin cruiser!
Lot 2: A night in a Gite caravan for 5 people!

Winners will be notified personally either by e-mail or by telephone from March 15, 2025, and will receive their prize confirmation by e-mail.
Participation in this competition implies unreserved acceptance of the complete rules, which the participant declares to have read. Any attempt to cheat detected (false shares, etc.) will result in the immediate resetting of votes on the photo concerned.
In the event of any faking discovered at the time of checking for the final draw, the participant will be automatically disqualified.
In the event of force majeure, the organizing company reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend or cancel the game at any time without incurring any liability and without being entitled to claim any compensation as a result.
Participants are deemed to accept all the terms of these rules. This game is governed by French law. Any disputes to which it may give rise, in particular concerning its validity, interpretation or execution, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Mâcon Tribunal de Grande Instance.
Pursuant to the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the personal data recorded in the digital file, in accordance with article 3, are essential for the processing and management of this contest. The participant expressly authorizes the organizing company to process this information in computerized memory.
Participants in the competition agree to give their photos to Bo M Slowmoov for use in the competition and for communication purposes.
